When entering Torquay from Newton Abbot follow the directions to Torquay Seafront. At Torre Railway Station turn into Avenue Road and continue along this road to the seafront. At the seafront turn right towards Paignton and follow the road for approximately 300 yards and the Livermead House is on the right hand side. The Corbyn Head Hotel is approx 100 yards along on the right hand side and you will find the Livermead Cliff Hotel on the left hand side of the road.
